'A First class service from start to finish.
Everything from the initial consultation with Matt to completion of the project was carried out superbly and to the highest of standards. A special mention to all of Matt’s team; Jason, Darren, Lee and of course Matt himself for the fantastic way in which they conducted themselves at all times. They were all polite, well mannered and informative in all aspects of how the project was progressing.
If anyone is contemplating a garage conversion then SGC is undoubtedly the team to contact.
A job very well done, by a very good team, whose contribution to a challenging project lead to an excellent finished loft conversion, with en suite and valuable in-built wardrobe space.
A number of very challenging aspects needed to be overcome, including, at times, extreme weather conditions, but the team conquered them all. Strong communication was a major feature employed by SGC and guidance and advice was always available, if and when required.
Project planning and timings were accurate, with completion of the various stages as promised, some earlier than programmed. The whole job was completed early.
Overall, we would have no hesitation, whatsoever, in engaging SGC again, and discussions are already taking place on another project.

Matt and his team converted our garage to a family room in 2 ½ weeks. They completed the project on time and on budget. The team communicated with us daily about progress and were always polite. The would be first choice for any further building projects on our house.
